Job Description:

Technical inspection work in collecting real estate property appraisal data; all other related work as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma with at least one year experience in real estate or building trades; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must own and operate a private automobile for travel.

Must possess and maintain a valid Massachusetts driver’s license.

Additional Qualifications:

Knowledge of building components and construction quality. Working knowledge of data processing.

Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and constructive relationships with the public.

Strong mathematical skills. Skill in all of the above listed activities, tools, and equipment; good organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in the use of computers.
